BOYS GRADES 5 -8

Option 1:

Khaki flat front pants (no cargo pants or jeans)

White polo shirt (long or short sleeve) embroidered with school name, ordered from Lands End, Flynn & O’Hara or Show Your Colors (local provider)

 

Option 2:

Khaki flat front pants

White oxford button down shirt (long or short sleeve) WITH school plaid or navy tie

 

School plaid ties are purchased through Flynn & O’Hara.

All sweaters or sweatshirts must be solid navy, royal blue or white.

 

WARM WEATHER UNIFORM

From Sept-Oct 15th and from April 15th-June ONLY

Uniform dress shorts (navy K-4, khaki 5-8; no cargo or gym shorts)

Uniform polo shirts embroidered with school name, ordered from Lands’ End, Flynn & O’Hara or local providers (see below)

SHOES/SOCKS-ALL GRADES (Boys)

Sneakers or shoes

Socks must be worn; "No-Show" socks are not permitted.

No flip flops, Crocs, sandals or boots.  Winter boots cannot be worn all day.

 

 

GIRLS GRADES K-4

Option 1:

School plaid jumper

Peter Pan collar in white, light blue or yellow (long or short sleeve) underneath

Bike shorts are recommended under the jumper.

 

Option 2:

Navy blue flat front pants (no cargo pants or jeans)

Light blue polo shirt (long or short sleeve) embroidered with school name, ordered from Lands End, Flynn & O’Hara or Show Your Colors (local provider)

 

GIRLS GRADES 5-8

School plaid skirt

SHOES/SOCKS-ALL GRADES (Girls)

Sneakers or shoes

No flip flops, Crocs, sandals, dress boots or heels.  Winter boots can not be worn all day.

White or navy tights, knee high or ankle socks must be worn; "No-Show" socks are not permitted.

 

• If t-shirts worn under shirts they must be white

• Skirts should be mid-knee

• Shirts and Blouses must be tucked in and buttoned at all times. This includes the cafeteria, halls, classroom etc

• Girls may not wear haltor tops, midriff tops or tops with thin straps under their uniform, as part of their gym uniform or on jeans/dress-up days

• No sandals, Crocs, flip flops, boots or high heels

• Hats and/or headgear of any variety should not be worn inside the school building

• Outside clothing (coats, jackets, mittens, etc) should be kept in classroom closets and not worn during class

• Boys-hair should be naturally colored, above the collar and no in the student's eyes. No Mohawks, fad cuts, shave designs or spiking

• Girl-hair should be kept neat and naturally colored

Special days will be available during the school year when students will not need to wear uniforms. These days include:

• DRESS UP DAY: This is typically held as part of a holiday celebration.  UNACCEPTABLE WEAR FOR THESE DAYS include jeans, sweat or wind pants, shorts, t-shirts with pictures of logos, short skirts or dresses or slacks that are too tight. MODEST ATTIRE IS EXPECTED

• JEANS DAY: This is typically a fundraiser day and is marked on the school calender. Students who bring $1.00 may have the privelge of wearing jeans for the day. Clothes worn with jeans must be appropriate for school.

• DRESS CODE FOR GYM:  Appropriate-length shorts or sweat pants, T-shirt and sneakers. Gym clothes are not to be worn under the school uniform
